The year of the heat wave. The most precocious and fast harvests since 1893, result in rapid concentration of sugar. The premature and homogeneous arrival of the Botrytis will require only one selection in a period of 3 weeks (from the 6th to the 28th of September).

Tasting

The nose presents citrus and exotic fruits, particularly pineapple aromas. The mouth is smooth, powerful and soft. The Botrytis is intense. The final keeps its typical freshness of Sigalas.
