The golden vintage. This year was marked by a hot period throughout July. Hopefully, the rain appeared at the beginning of August. It was the perfect association between sunshine and rain for our vineyard well being. Thanks to that our grape grew up and acquired an exceptional maturity with a perfect fungus. The harvest started on the 27th August with our Professional workers team. As usual, the harvests are manual and realized by successive tries according to the “ Sauternaise tradition”.

With a beautiful golden yellow color, this vintage 2015 reveals a complex and intense nose. The first nose presents some aromas such as white flowers, grapefruit and almond notes. More specifically, a blend of white flowers combined with citrus fruits as well as a slight toasted key. The taste unveils a delightful sweet and velvety texture thanks to pure fungus. The strength of this Sigalas Rabaud specified with a nice long lasting mouth and with a sweet attack. The fine acidic finish leaves a lovely sensation of freshness on the palate.
