Château Sigalas Rabaud 1er cru classé 1855

La bouteille du vin Le Château Sigalas Rabaud.

August and September were sunny with fresh nights which allowed an ideal grape ripeness, a great acidity and perfect sanitary conditions. After slight rainfalls, the Botrytis took place on 29th September. The harvest happened five times and finished on 5th November.

The wine color is a golden-yellow, the nose is complex with almond, pink grapefruit, citruses and white flowers notes coated in candied notes of a very pure botrytis. The palate is powerful and fresh. The aromatic return confirms the promise of the sniff and confers elegance to this wine. In final, slight spicy and mineral notes give an elegant liveliness which indicates a great potential.
